The Winnipeg Film Group’s board of directors is currently engaging in a bylaws review. Non profit boards are required to review their bylaws periodically to ensure ongoing organizational relevance and adherence to applicable laws and legislations that change from time to time.
As part of this process, it invites all interested members of the community at large to a public consultation session at the Winnipeg Cinematheque, Sat March 12, 12 noon to 2 PM.
Hard copies of the draft amended bylaws are available for pick up at the 3rd floor production centre in advance of this session, as well as being available at the review session itself.
