WFG Executive Director Cecilia Araneda and Production Centre Director Ivan Hughes will talk about program, facility and equipment developments and plans, and what’s on the horizon for the future.
Topics to be discussed at this info session include:
- Highlights of recent achievements and successes
- Challenges on the horizon
- Recent and planned upcoming major equipment purchases
- Highlights of major upcoming WFG projects, including planning being undertaken to celebrate the WFG’s 40th anniversary in 2014/2015 and the upcoming iCinematheque access project that will provide provide rural and northern Manitoba communities with the type of artistic cinema programming that our physical Cinematheque currently provides to Winnipeg audiences.
As well, because we frequently receive feedback on equipment and program ideas when we’re out in the community, time will be allotted during this info session for questions and comments from the floor related to the Production Centre’s equipment, programs and services offering, as well as general overall WFG programming.
This info session is free and all are welcome (you do not need to be a member of the WFG to attend – this session is open to the general community).
