Production Camera Workshop

Sat. & Sun. Sept. 17 & 18 / 10 AM - 2 PM

This two day workshop will focus on the WFG’s production cameras: The Red One and the Sony FS7.

Day One: Camera

  • Ben Stouffer will go through all the functions and capabilities of both cameras.
  • You will gain an understanding of the workflow of the cameras.
  • You will learn how to build and operate both cameras.
  • There will be side by side camera testing of both cameras

Day Two: DIT and colour management

  • Ingesting footage into the computers.
  • Working with LUTS
  • Working with RAW
  • Comparing camera footage.
  • Plus many other helpful tips on how to get the most out of your footage.

With the cost of the class, members will receive one day free rental of the Red One or Sony FS7.

-The Winnipeg Film Group reserves the right to cancel any course where the minimum registration has not been met. Anyone registered for a course that has been cancelled is eligible for a full refund, Cancelled course fees may also be used towards any other Winnipeg Film Group training programs.

We’re located in the heart of Winnipeg's historic Exchange District in the Artspace building. We are across the street from Old Market Square at the corner of Arthur Street and Bannatyne - one block west of Main.
