SAT, JAN 28 / 11am - 3pm
SUN, JAN 29 / 11am - 5pm

Location: WFG Studio
Registration Fee: 80 – 120
Instructor: Leslie Supnet

DIY Animation is a beginner’s introduction to the world of animation under the camera, and cameraless animation. In this class participants will go through the basics of creating an animation with paper cut-outs, paint, plasticine and directly on film with an emphasis on keeping things lo-budget and fun. A screening of relevant films will take place to provide a context for the rest of the class, as well as how to build your own animation stand.
Please note: this class will focus on animation, and not on cameras.

For more information on workshops, please contact the Training & Community Programs Coordinator at 925-3450 or darcy@winnipegfilmgroup.com

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
