When it comes to filmmaking, creating under constraints is the name of the game. We simply cannot wait for the stars to align before we start making films! We want to be upfront about how we make the most of small budgets, difficult locations, little to no time, and how we make our efforts count.
We will be outlining the importance of being flexible and knowing when to run a tight ship. We will discuss how we cut corners, and where we don’t. We will be quickly touching on creating ideas and pre-production, production, and post-production in our Folks Films workflow.
Sometimes it feels like the constraints hold us back, but often working within limitations that can actually lead to your best work.
