Afro Prairie Film Festival is pleased to host our second annual Networking Luncheon for Womxn in Film. This event provides opportunities for emerging and established creative professionals to network in a safe space that prioritizes the creative journey of womxn and non-binary folx. Open to all genders and allies, participants will have a chance to network with industry leaders and visiting filmmakers Alison Duke of Oya Media Group and award-winning actress, founder of ReelWorld Film Festival Tonya Williams, and Winnipeg’s own industry luminary Joy Loewen, CEO of the National Screen Institute. Lunch and refreshments provided. Come chat, learn and network!
