2015 Women’s Mosaic Film Project Info Session

This 1 hour introductory seminar will inform prospective applicants about the Winnipeg Film Group’s Women’s Mosaic Film Project Fund and how to apply for it. Application Deadline: Feb 26, 2015.

The Mosaic Film Project is a production support and film mentorship program to support women from Aboriginal or diverse cultural backgrounds to produce a first or second independent short film or video. There is ONE award available. This award includes $5,500 in cash and $2,000 in services from the Winnipeg Film Group and one-on-one assistance of an experienced woman filmmaker as project mentor.

We’re located in the heart of Winnipeg's historic Exchange District in the Artspace building. We are across the street from Old Market Square at the corner of Arthur Street and Bannatyne - one block west of Main.

The Winnipeg Film Group is located on Treaty 1 Territory and on the ancestral lands of the Anishinaabeg, Cree, Oji-Cree, Dakota and Dene Peoples and in the homeland of the Métis Nation. We offer our respect and gratitude to the traditional caretakers of this land.
