Olivia Norquay joins the Cinematheque team

The Winnipeg Film Group is pleased to announce the addition of Olivia Norquay to the Cinematheque team as Programming Coordinator.

Olivia Norquay is a non-profit administrator, film programmer and curator. She studied English at the University of Winnipeg with a focus on screen and cultural studies. She is the co-founder of Tiny & Mean’s Record Swap and host of the horror radio show Bikini Drive-In on CKUW 95.9fm. Her favourite movie is Scream and her favourite book is House of Psychotic Women by Kier-La Janisse.

Under this contract, Olivia will be responsible for several special programming initiatives such as a live monthly edition of her Bikini Drive-in podcast paired with a film screening and post-screening discussions and Q&As; and many other virtual and outdoor events throughout the year.

We’re located in the heart of Winnipeg's historic Exchange District in the Artspace building. We are across the street from Old Market Square at the corner of Arthur Street and Bannatyne - one block west of Main.
