Summer is here and the Teen Basic Filmmaking Camp is the place to be for the young aspiring filmmakers of the future! No experience required!
Two, 2-week sessions available:
- Session 1: Mon July 6 to Fri July 17 (10 AM to 3 PM)
- Session 2: Mon Aug 3 to Fri Aug 15 (10 AM to 3 PM)
This two-week course will provide teens (ages 14-17) with a hands-on environment covering the various departments involved in a shoot, and will expose them to the basic components of film and video production. The students will create a 20 plus minute puppet variety show in the two week class. This will include writing the scripts, making the puppets, filming and editing the short skits together.
At the end of the workshop, students will ave the opportunity to show off their finished films to family and friends!
There will be a variety of instructors all experienced in puppet making and filming helping the students create puppet magic.
