This lens adapter class will cover all the ways you can adapt old, manual lenses onto modern digital cameras. The Winnipeg Film Group has several lenses that were built for our 16mm Bolex and Arri SR3 cameras which can easily be adapted to modern mirrorless cameras. Using these lenses with digital camera sensors can produce very interesting effects. The lenses can provide interesting lens flares, light leaks, and an overall unique look that will set your footage apart from what people are used to watching. You will get a very different look than the standard Canon or Sony zoom lenses we are all used to. This workshop will go over how to mount the lenses, what effects they can provide, and will end with a hands-on portion where everyone can try out different lenses.
