The WFG, in partnership with the Canadian Coalition of Independent Media Art Distributors (CCIMAD), requires a Winnipeg-based, technically proficient and conscientious Digital Content Delivery Technician able to deliver digital content on a limited-time contract basis.
The tasks of the contractor will include:
Creation of clips / trailers for short filmsPhotoshop editing of film stillsVimeo uploadingFile organization & backup creationFile conversionsData entryOther related duties
The contractor:
Must possess exceptional knowledge of Codecs, frame rates, video and photo editing software (eg. Final Cut Pro, Photoshop) as well as conversion softwareMust have exceptional attention to detail organizationMust be able to work independently and problem solve / trouble-shoot technical issuesShould be familiar with independent media artWill invoice for work completed
The contract:
Requires an estimated 75-100 hours of workMust be completed by February 28, 2016
