Member Screening Films Announced:

Story of a Diver – Rachel – is a 16 mm film of a woman who spends time in and around a public swimming pool.
Drama is created through flashes of light, camera movement and the piano score. Variations in scale and depth highlight the actress’s simplest actions and subtlest expressions. The architecture of large beams, pool objects and signage are emphasized. A simple action is transformed through film into an emotive, voyeuristic piece.
